These terms apply when you browse gmfabrics.co.zw or order from GM Fabrics and Accessories. By placing an order, you agree to the terms that apply to that order.

GM Fabrics and Accessories operates from 60 Bedford Road, Avondale, Harare, Zimbabwe. You can contact us at hello@gmfabrics.co.zw.
Products and quantities
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours and texture may appear differently on screens, and cowhides and other natural products vary by piece. Lace is normally sold as a full 4.5-metre length. Cowhides are sold per piece. Other products are sold by the piece, pack or stated quantity.
Prices and payments
All prices are in USD unless clearly stated otherwise. We accept cash, EcoCash, InnBucks, O’Mari, Visa, Mastercard and Zimswitch, subject to the methods available for the order. An order may require payment confirmation before it is processed.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order does not oblige us to supply it until stock, price, payment and delivery arrangements are confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment is not confirmed, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible. If we cancel an accepted paid order, we will handle the payment in accordance with applicable law.
Delivery
Delivery within Harare costs US$5. Delivery outside Harare must be arranged during working hours, with fees and estimated timing agreed before dispatch. Delivery estimates can be affected by stock, carriers, customs, weather and events outside reasonable control.
Preorders and backorders
Preorders require customer approval of the sourced option, a 70% deposit and payment of the balance on delivery. Confirmed out-of-stock items may be bought on backorder and included in our next planned shipment, subject to supplier availability. Returns, refunds and exchanges
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, change-of-mind returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective or different from the confirmed order, and do not cut, wash, wear, use or alter it before review. The separate Returns and Exchanges policy forms part of these terms.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate order, contact, payment and delivery information. You are responsible for checking that the selected material, quantity, dimensions, colour and product are suitable for your intended use before ordering or cutting.
Website use and intellectual property
You may use this website for lawful personal or business shopping. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or copy website content for misleading or unlawful purposes. Website text, branding and original media remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
Liability and events outside our control
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or delay and failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. We may update them when our business, website or legal obligations change. The terms shown when an order is placed will apply to that order unless the law requires otherwise.
