The payment methods available for a particular order will be shown at checkout or confirmed with you before payment. Do not send payment to unconfirmed account details.
Order totals
Your total may include the product price and any applicable delivery fee. Delivery within Harare is US$5. Delivery outside Harare is quoted and agreed before dispatch.
Preorder payments
A preorder requires a 70% deposit after you approve the item we have found. The remaining 30% is due on delivery, unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing before we place the order.
Payment confirmation
An order is processed after the required payment or deposit has been confirmed. We may ask for proof of payment when confirmation is delayed.
