Please choose carefully and confirm the product, colour, quantity and full length before paying. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, GM Fabrics and Accessories does not accept change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges.
Change-of-mind purchases
A change of preference, colour choice, style choice or intended use is not a reason for a return, refund or exchange. This is especially important for fabric, lace, cowhide, accessories and items sourced specifically for a customer.
Incorrect, damaged or defective items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from the item confirmed in your order, contact us as soon as possible. Include your order details, a clear explanation and photographs where possible.
Do not cut, wash, wear, use or alter the item while the matter is being reviewed. We will assess the circumstances and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Preorders and backorders
Preorders and backorders are sourced or reserved specifically for the customer and cannot normally be cancelled for a change of mind after the supplier order has been placed. Any cancellation or remedy will depend on the stage of the order, the supplier position and applicable law.
Fabric lengths and natural variation
Lace is generally sold as a full 4.5-metre length. Cowhides are sold per piece and naturally vary in size, shape, colour and markings. A natural or minor screen-to-product variation is not automatically a defect, but the product must still match the material description given to you.

Nothing on this page excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Zimbabwean law.
