This page explains how GM Fabrics and Accessories arranges local and out-of-Harare deliveries.
Delivery within Harare
Delivery anywhere within Harare costs US$5 per order. We will confirm the delivery address and expected timing with you before dispatch.
Please provide a complete delivery address, a reachable contact method and any useful location instructions. Delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may require a new delivery arrangement.
Delivery outside Harare
For all destinations outside Harare, contact us during working hours. We will confirm whether delivery is available and agree the fee, carrier and estimated timing before the order is dispatched.
Processing and delivery times
Delivery timing depends on stock availability, payment confirmation, destination and carrier availability. Any delivery time we provide is an estimate unless we expressly confirm otherwise.
Preorders and backorders are dispatched only after the item arrives and any outstanding balance has been paid or otherwise agreed.
Receiving your order
Please check your parcel as soon as it is received. If an item is damaged, incorrect or does not match the confirmed order, contact us promptly before using, cutting, washing or altering it.
